- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to get the new year sticker for my dad which he is out of state due to work,the lady that helped me was very rude. Started shoving papers at me and saying that I didn't know what I was asking her. The lady wanted me to pay the fine which was fine,but I wouldn't be getting my sticker, due to a smog check. I had the smog exemption form since the car is not even in the state. Spoke to the supervisor and she said that there's a new law that prevented me from getting the sticker for my dad,who is out of state due to his work. She went on and on about how I needed to submit the exception form to Sacramento. When I asked her the address she told me to look it up on their website. Both ladies were very rude. Rather go the he DMV in Barstow. Better service.By daisy alvarado, October 06, 2016
