- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a very easy case, and they did nothing for me, except make my bank account $1500 less. After being arrested for a DUI, though I wasn't driving or even inside a vehicle, I contacted Earl Carter. The cost was double what is advertised and it was nearly impossible to find out what was happening or what the plan was. Maybe they thought, because I lived 2000+ miles away and couldn't attend the hearings, that making an effort to do their job was unnecessary. What the hell? They already had my money! Only one of the lawyers of the many, I spoke to said, "This is stupid, the state doesn't have any evidence."
