  Worst post office I have ever seen. If your package gets delivered, it is not available to pick up until the next business day. Many times I had a package get delivered on Saturday around 6am in the morning, and I wasn't able to pick it up because they wouldn't be done sorting through them until after they were already closed, so I wasn't able to pick it up until monday. They close extremely early, around 4pm, and they are closed during lunch time, which basically means if you're a normal M-F 9-5 working individual, you probably wont be able to pick up your package until Saturday. On top of that, if there are ever 4-5 people ahead of you, get ready to wait 15-20minutes. This place is seriously the worst thing I've ever seen and really needs to be changed.

  Just horrid. The people are nice enough when you talk to them but they're not helpful at all, have possibly the worst hours imaginable. I got a package after 4PM on a Thursday and now I have to wait until Tuesday to get it. That's just unacceptable.

  i been going to this place since the i was 7 in 1989 They do good work and they are always nice to me. they open my packages here and there but I have nothing to hide. Except that one time i got caught sending a stereo media mail, they said this is not a book i said how did it get out of the package. Learned from it and now I ship priority flat rate box. thank you spring valley lake you are the best. ryan c
