- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not approachable. Went with them because real state agent has worked with them. Everyone I spoke with from the receptionist to the manager always had a tone like I was taking their time and should know what was going on and not have any questions. Called them to change my address so the tax forms would be mailed to my new house, got a message saying they didn't understand why they would need it, again with a mightier than thou attitude. Surprise surprise, I just got their tax form forwarded by USPS because they sent it to my old address. There must be nicer and more professional escrow companies in the High Desert.
