- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆WILL NEVER RETURN. I don't care if this was the last bank I earth. Worst customer service ever received. Absolute idiots are employed at this location with ZERO knowledge. Gloria is the most incompetent bank teller I have ever encountered. Completely unprofessional and ignorant. Thank you Bank of America for showing your true colors. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I deposited $100.00 into the atm machine it took my money then an error apeared on the screen it keept My money and closed my account right then And now they put some type of fraud on my credit And i cant open an account at any bank and all i did was tryed 2 use the atm machine so now im out of my $100.00 and have a fraud on my credit ive called And even went inside the bank noone seems to be able to give me an answer as to why this happened Or fix this problem very poor serviceBy tommy C, March 05, 2017
