  Ernesto Rodriguez should be shot!!!!! With a camera. Because this idiot, Ernie, shows why the postal service is dying. Not because of technology but because they hire idiots like Ernesto Rodriguez. And to think he's going to get a pension and be paid till the day he dies, which shows why government is filled with stupid employees like Ernesto Rodriguez. Oh and Ernesto we might know a lot about you, your phone, your address etc.

  Had a package shiped to me, even paid for two day shipping. The day came to get my package so I checked the tracking number and it never went out for delivery!. Called the number and found out they said my address was wrong. The lady on the phone said they have already shiped my package back. A week goes by and they other partie hasn't revived my packed back yet. I called again made a claim witch take another two days to get a respond from. They tell me that my package has been sitting in the post office there and just got shiped back yesterday!. So no only was I lied to the first time about my package being sent back but I could of went and picked it up this entire time!!. The address here hasn't changed in 30 years that I had the package sent to.

  How do you people not have a functional phone system. EVERYTIME I FREAKING CALL ITS BUSY! Do you only have one line? Pathetic ..listen tell your post people to look at addresses more carefully, I keep getting a stupid letter that I'm parking too close to the mailboxes, I LIVE ACROSS THE STREET, TWO HOUSES DOWN FROM WHERE THE MAIL BOX IS, AND I PARK IN MY GARAGE! Good grief, the letters are getting old...

  This post office does its best to get people in and out. I had packages I needed to drop off and get a receipt for, but when I went inside, the lines were long. They now have someone standing near the line for the counter with a hand held device to scan packages that have already been paid for or if you have exact change, they will help you out too. Thank goodness he saw me come in with my baby in her stroller, juggling about 3 packages. He helped me right away and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. To save yourselves time at the post office, check online first to see if you can just pay for your packages at home before taking them to the post office.
